Window cleaning in Estero
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Big lanais, pool cages, reclaimed-water sprinklers and a long pollen season. Estero is the kind of place a quarterly window plan was made for.
Now booking. Serving Estero, FL 33928 and 33967.
What Estero does to a window
Estero does not get much salt once you are east of US 41, but the glass still gets dirty fast. The reclaimed water that feeds the irrigation in The Brooks, Grandezza and Bella Terra leaves hard white spots on the lower panes, and because the sprinklers run before dawn the spots are baked on by the time anyone notices them. Ordinary cleaning will not shift them; a scheduled treatment does.
The second problem is the lanai. Pool cages hold pollen from the pines and oaks, the screens clog every spring, and the sliders between the house and the lanai end up the most-looked-through and dirtiest glass in the home. West Bay Club and Pelican Sound, out along the Estero River and the bay, add a bit of salt film on top of all that.
Most Estero homes do well on a quarterly plan with the inside glass done once a year. We work each community on a set day, and we are used to gate procedures and HOA vendor rules.

How much does window cleaning cost in Estero?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Estero?
Quarterly keeps the pollen, lanai grime and sprinkler spots under control for most Estero homes. Homes in West Bay Club or Pelican Sound, near the river and the bay, sometimes go to every two months. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. Nearly all of Estero is gated and we work in Shadow Wood, Copperleaf, Spring Run, Lighthouse Bay, West Bay Club, Pelican Sound, Grandezza, Bella Terra, The Reserve and Cascades. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
